1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a phjjoy account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any phjjoy service, you enter into a binding contract with phjjoy and agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable Philippine laws and regulations governing online gaming. You must immediately notify phjjoy of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phjjoy will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized account access that results from your failure to maintain proper account security.

You agree to log out of your account at the end of each session and to use phjjoy services only from secure, private devices. Accounts accessed from public computers, shared devices, or unsecured networks are at increased risk of unauthorized access.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

• Registration of multiple accounts

Upon account closure for violation of Terms, phjjoy may confiscate account balances, void pending bets, and withhold winnings. You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be returned after verification, subject to completion of wagering requirements for active bonuses.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the phjjoy platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game interfaces, is the property of phjjoy or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use phjjoy services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any phjjoy content without express written permission. Unauthorized use of phjjoy intellectual property may result in legal action and claims for damages.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phjjoy, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of phjjoy services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain account security
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues
• Errors in game results or payout calculations, provided such errors are corrected promptly upon discovery
• Losses resulting from your failure to understand bonus terms, game rules, or betting procedures
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures

In no event shall phjjoy's total liability to you exceed the amount deposited into your account during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of phjjoy services shall be resolved through the following process:

2. Formal Complaint: If informal resolution fails, submit a formal written complaint to phjjoy management detailing the nature of the dispute.
3. Regulatory Review: Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR or other relevant regulatory bodies with jurisdiction over online gaming operations in the Philippines.
4. Legal Action: As a last resort, disputes may be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against phjjoy.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

phjjoy reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated through email notification, website announcement, or in-app notification. Continued use of phjjoy services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of phjjoy services and close your account.

12. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and phjjoy regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
